Steak 'n Shake

"You place your order at a kiosk. I ordered chicken fingers which is supposed to come with sauce. They forgot the sauce, so I had to go back to the counter to get it. I had half a finger and that is all I could eat. They were not fresh and very dry. I like Steak N Shake burgers, but this was the first time I tried their fingers, and I won't order them again. They also, accidentally gave us an extra side of fries that we hadn't ordered. Luckily, this location did not have the "drink ticket" system that some of their locations do."

"Best hamburger I've had in a long time. Decades ago I used to enjoy Steak 'n Shake - and then not so much - the company degenerated. This new Steak 'n and Shake restaurant concept was fantastic, and I hope to find one close to home. The digital checkout is incredibly easy, the food was fantastic, love the french fries Place was well run with great service. Less than $20 for two people to get a good freshly prepared lunch."

"Our first time eating at Steak & Shake, and everything was great! Worker asked if we needed help placing order after he saw we were being a little slow. Burger, fries. and sweet tea were perfect. Area was clean and well kept. Worker asked if we wanted extra rea before he emptied it for the night. Will eat there again!"

"Delicious Milkshakes and everything was great but ordering is contactless so no service is provided besides making the order and they call out your number. Order was wrong but we could not get anyone's attention to make it right but all in all we enjoyed our food and fellowship."

"One of the better Steak n Skakes we've been to since the pandemic! I'm assuming after Covid people aren't trying to work at Steak n Shake because they've been low staffed, closing doors early, and taking a long time with orders This one in Locust Grove was really clean, we were seated immediately, waitress came right over and took our orders! They don't have the self serve drink fountain like the local one in Gastonia and the menus were printed off but everything else was A+ Nice area right near shopping plazas and outlets. Parking all the way around the building and great staff. Kid friendly and prices are great Food came right out, all orders correct, my burger even looked like the advertisements "

"We used the app and drive thru. Amount of fries in each container was kinda scant, but we're fat and didn't need fries anyway. The steakburgers were very fresh and tasty. Drive thru attendant was efficient and interaction was too short to evaluate anything else. I think they were smiling, though."

"Since I'm aware that beef tallow issa betta option over seed oils, I've given the fries a go at three different joints. This is the 3rd. I will say that the fries here were hot and not greasy. However, I can't give into any rave on better taste in comparison to many; nd necessarily fast food either."
